HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Farm Show continues and recent reports show more than 200 businesses benefit from the event.
Ninety-five percent of people who attend the Farm Show come from across Pennsylvania while the remaining 5% come from all over the country.
According to the PA Farm Show, the event generates over $70 million annually. This money comes from the jobs it creates, taxes it generates, and, of course, revenue from people staying in hotels and eating at local restaurants.
Over two hundred small businesses are at this year's farm show showcasing their business to thousands of visitors.
The theme for 2025 is Powering Pennsylvania.
Organizers say the annual event is a tourism powerhouse with an estimated $70 million-plus yearly economic impact, supporting more than 5,600 jobs and generating more than $100,000 in local taxes.
