Eileen kicked off her adventure in the mid-90s as the founder of a guest experience consultancy. With a colorful tapestry of experiences—including co-owning food franchises and orchestrating community initiatives for youth—Eileen brings a fresh and vibrant perspective to her work. As an award-winning Realtor, she channels her passion into advocating for local businesses through Yokl.
Her vision? To cultivate a thriving ecosystem where residents can unearth hidden gems and support small enterprises, ensuring that every possible dollar spent locally remains local, to be re-invested in our communities.

Around here, we call him “Mr. Capable.” Rhett is at the helm of Yokl’s day-to-day operations, directing key initiatives and ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. A small business owner himself, he understands the unique challenges entrepreneurs face and is dedicated to helping them thrive. With a steadfast commitment to operational excellence, Rhett fosters a collaborative atmosphere that empowers the Yokl teams and ignites sustainable growth.
