The infamous orange fence and silt sock in front of Hershey Towne Square on West Chocolate Avenue will soon be gone.
Derry Township Municipal Authority stormwater program manager Mike Postick told The Sun the plan is to remove the fence and silt sock before the holiday season.
In the meantime, a major stormwater project that will virtually eliminate flooding in that area is underway.
