Crumbl Cookie Opens in Harrisburg High Point Commons Shopping Center
The new Harrisburg Crumbl Cookie opened its doors to the public on Friday, February 21st. With it being a new location, the setup and layout of the store continue to remain the same as well as the fan-favorite Chocolate Chip cookie.
These sweet treats come in many different flavor varieties each week. Butter Cake, French Silk Pie, Milk Chocolate Chip, Biscoff Lava Cookie, Strawberry Cupcake, Banana Caramel, and lastly, Red Velvet White Chip are all the flavors on this week’s menu.
As a red velvet cake enthusiast, I was excited to try the Red Velvet White Chip cookie and was satisfied with the majority of the flavor. The first bite was silky and soft, but The Red Velvet White Chip cookie didn’t seem to have as many white chocolate chips as portrayed, which was very disappointing to me. As soon as I took my second bite, I was able to get the taste of the Red Velvet as well as the creamy white chocolate chips which had added to the silky softness of the base of the cookie.
I had also decided to try the Banana Caramel cookie. This cookie had a really nice but not too sweet, fluffy banana bread cookie base with a swirl of light caramel cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of caramel on top of all. When I took the first bite, I was first able to notice the sweetness of the Caramel drizzle, with the light banana flavoring coming from the base of the cookie. The Caramel drizzle was not too overpowering, but it was just enough to give the cookie a nice gentle flavor.
If you plan to take a trip to Crumbl Cookie this week and love some treats like these, I definitely recommend the Red Velvet White Chip cookie and Banana Caramel cookie. All cookies on this week’s menu, including these cookies, will be available until March 1st at a Crumbl near you.
