Speciality: therapeutic massage for pain and stress relief
We’re a therapeutic massage and wellness center focused on pain and stress relief. My goal is to help clients feel better, not just physically but mentally too, by empowering them to take control of their health and well-being.
My journey into massage therapy started after a car accident during my senior year of college. I fractured three vertebrae and broke my hands, leaving me in constant pain. I tried physical therapy, but it wasn’t until I had my first massage that I started to feel real relief. It helped me regain mobility and reduced my pain so much that I could start running again—eventually completing a half marathon in 2010! That experience sparked something in me. I knew I wanted to help others the way massage had helped me. With a background in psychology and a passion for health and healing, starting my own massage practice felt like the right path.
Buying our own building in 2023 was a game-changer. Before that, I had been renting, which meant I was always at the mercy of someone else’s decisions. Owning my own space gives me the security and freedom to grow my business the way I wanted. It was a big leap, but it felt like everything lined up perfectly when it happened.
I have a deep internal drive to be the best I can be. If I’m going to do something, I want to give it my all. Helping people feel better and seeing the impact massage can have on someone’s life is what keeps me going every day.
Balancing work and family life has been one of my biggest challenges. When my husband left his full-time job to start his own business, we felt more pressure on our family to make things work. I’ve had to learn how to delegate and trust others to handle parts of the business. Letting go of that control wasn’t easy, but it’s helped me create a healthier balance between work and home life.
You have to believe that it’s possible. Faith in yourself is the foundation. From there, consistency and aligned action are key. It’s not enough to just dream about it—you have to take smart, strategic steps to make it happen.

I once won a jalapeño eating contest at a fair in Colorado—27 jalapeños! It probably wasn’t the smartest idea since we went rafting right afterward… but hey, I survived!
