Annvile Inn is a historic bed and breakfast in Annville offering elegant accommodations, lush gardens, and memorable retreats designed for relaxation and connection.
Speciality: luxury B&B stays with award worthy gardens and gourmet breakfasts
We own and operate the Annville Inn, a bed-and-breakfast in Annville, PA. It’s more than a place to stay—it’s a retreat designed to help our guests relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories. We’re here to create a magical experience for every guest.
We’ve always loved creating spaces where people feel welcome and cared for. When we found this property—originally built by a WWII General (who is the general?) who helped lead the reconstruction of Japan after WWII—we hoped we could turn it into something truly special. It took us three years to renovate and bring our vision to life, but now, over 20 years later, we’re still passionate about making the Inn a place where guests can escape and reconnect.
Discovering the historic property and envisioning what it could become.
Watching the gardens bloom under Craig’s car —they’re now one of the highlights of the Inn.
Welcoming our first guests and realizing the joy that comes with creating memorable experiences for others.
Building long-lasting connections with guests who return year after year.
We’re driven by the happiness of our guests. Nothing brings us more joy than hearing someone say they feel relaxed, rejuvenated, or inspired after staying with us. Every detail we add—whether it’s a new garden feature, a special breakfast dish, or a cozy corner to unwind—is with our guests’ comfort in mind.
Hospitality: We believe in creating a welcoming, personalized experience for everyguest.
Nature: Our gardens are a reflection of Craig’s lifelong love of horticulture and offer a peaceful escape for anyone who visits.
Food: We’re passionate about serving meals that are as memorable as they are delicious, using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible.
History: Preserving and sharing the story of our historic property is an important part of what we do.
Transforming the property into the Annville Inn was a huge undertaking. It took three years of hard work and dedication to renovate the house and grounds, while preserving the history and charm that make it unique. There were plenty of challenges along the way, but our vision and passion kept us going. Today, when guests tell us how much they love the Inn, it reminds us that all the effort was worth it.
Craig is a master gardener who ran the Hershey Gardens for five years and even worked at the Smithsonian in Washington, DC. Our gardens are his pride and joy, and they’re one of the most beloved features of the Inn. As for me (Rosalie), I’m working on a cookbook titled Inn the Kitchen with Rosalie, inspired by family recipes and my love of cooking.
