DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — If you’re looking for a family-friendly activity around the holidays, YOKL is launching food tours in Hershey. The tours will take about 14 people on a unique food experience meeting local business owners and learning about the history of the town and each restaurant.

“This is Hershey at its best,” said Steve Dayton, owner of The Fresh Market at Hershey Towne Square, whose building won Hershey History Center’s 2022 Preservation Award. “These food tours are about more than just great food—it’s about community. We are excited to be working with YOKL to showcase these amazing entrepreneurs.”

“Every 100 dollars spent, if you spend it with a local small businesses, three times the amount gets reinvested in our local economy and for me that's a game changer,” said co-founder of YOKL Inc., Eileen Voyles.

Some of the featured stops include:

  • Chocolate Avenue Grill – Famous for its salads and peanut butter pie.
  • The Savory Café – Renowned for its hearty, seasonal dishes in a cozy atmosphere.
